Owner

The Champlain Hudson Power Express Project is being developed by CHPE LLC, which is a New York State limited liability company and the sole owner of a New York State Corporation, CHPE Properties, Inc.  CHPE LLC is owned by TDI-USA Holdings LLC, which in turn is owned by the Blackstone Group, Inc., with small equity stakes also being owned by National Resources Energy LLC and Transmission Developers, Inc.  The latter company has graciously agreed to allow the project entities to utilize the “Transmission Developers” and ”TDI” labels, and all the proper filings and approvals associated with that usage have been made or obtained.
